The products identified with the Traditional Specialty Guaranteed (TSG) mark in Spain refer to the certification granted by the European Union to protect traditional agricultural or food products. When registered as TSG, they present specific features that differentiate them from others in the same category. They are made with traditional raw materials or have a traditional or artisanal composition, method of production or transformation.
